Mossy Pacific Northwest forest with soft green light

Therapy for humans in transition.

Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect it to. Relationships end. Children grow up. Careers change. Loss arrives.

I've lived through many of these transitions myself, and I know how disorienting they can be. You don't have to navigate them alone.

Hands holding soft green moss

A soft place to land while life rearranges itself.

You may be moving through something tender, uncertain, or difficult to explain.

Therapy can offer a place to pause, untangle, breathe, and begin again with more compassion for yourself.

Grief or major life changes.

Anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm.

Caregiving, aging, or changing family roles.

Menopause, identity shifts, or becoming more yourself.

My approach

Curious, compassionate, body-aware therapy.

Collaborative, honest, and human support for seasons that do not come with tidy instructions.

My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassionate witnessing, nervous system education, body-centered awareness, and a deep respect for each person's existing strengths. Sessions are collaborative, honest, and human. Humor is welcome here too, because sometimes being a person is ridiculous.

Ready when you are

You do not have to figure this out alone.

If you are in a season of change, grief, uncertainty, or becoming, counseling can help you find steadier ground.
